If any of this feels familiar

  • Your mind is still busy long after the day is done.
  • You feel wired and tired, somewhere restlessly in between.
  • You've practised before and you'd like to find your way back — gently.

Then you're welcome here, exactly as you arrive.

Three ways to settle

Move through them in order or begin with whichever one calls to you. There's no wrong place to start.

Practice one

Settle your body

A grounding movement practice to ease the body out of stress and into something steadier.

≈ 15 minutes
Practice two

Settle your breath

A simple, spacious breathing practice to quiet agitation and bring you back to centre.

≈ 10 minutes
Practice three

Settle your being

A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to soften the body and let the mind rest while you stay gently aware.

≈ 20 minutes

Why these practices feel the way they do

The Dru difference

At the heart of Dru is a method called Energy Block Release — slow, flowing sequences designed to let tension move out of the body rather than push through it.

Gentle, conscious movement tells your nervous system it's safe to soften. That's why so many people finish a single practice feeling different than when they began.

Fast, shallow breathing signals stress. Slow, conscious breathing signals safety.

The teachers guiding you

Not personalities to follow — practitioners who've taught this for years, teaching less so you can feel more.

"A different person to 25 minutes ago."

"First session for a long, long time — just what I was looking for for a gentle start."

"So relaxing and calming with the softness and slowness of the movements."
